Q: What are your bathtubs made from?
A: Our freestanding bathtubs are crafted from natural stone, including marble, travertine and onyx. Each product page lists the stone used.

Q: Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
A: Not exactly. Stone is a natural material, so colour, veining and pattern vary from piece to piece and no two are alike. Because this variation is part of the character of stone, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds for it.

Q: How do I care for natural stone?
A: Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner or mild detergent and warm water, then dry with a microfibre cloth. Blot spills straight away, rinse with water and mild soap, and avoid placing hot items directly on the stone. Our stone care guide has more detail.

Q: Do you deliver Australia-wide?
A: Yes. We deliver Australia-wide (but not internationally). South Australian orders are dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse within 7–10 working days, and for other states you should allow around 2 weeks from order to delivery. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, and all deliveries need a signature.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery for larger stone pieces is calculated at checkout based on your address. Our free shipping offers apply to chopping boards and side tables only. See our shipping page for full details.
